CUSTOMIZATION

It is possible to customize the chosen product. The service is free of charge but must be requested at the time of ordering by filling in the appropriate field. FREE shipping throughout the country for orders of €100 or more. For other countries, a fee is charged for shipping costs.

BILLING

Once the order is completed, the customer can request the issuance of an electronic invoice by filling out the appropriate form in the personal area of the website. It is necessary to enter all the required data correctly. Customers will receive the invoice on their portal or certified mail after it has been sent to the Internal Revenue Service. An invoice can only be requested at the time of ordering. Requests on dates after the day of the order will not be accepted.

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

Delivery time depends solely on the time stated by the carrier. In Italy generally, for central-northern and central-southern locations, delivery takes place within 24h after payment, for more distant locations or islands the time is extended from 48h to a maximum of 3 working days. In the case of other countries, the timelines extend beyond 3 working days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without penalty within fourteen (14) days from the day he/she received the products purchased on www.cosebelleantichemoderne.com .

GaD ArK Studio Group Ltd, guarantees 100% refund through the same means of payment with which the purchase was made. Customized products are not covered by the right of withdrawal. In addition, all products without labels or with removed, used or incomplete labels will not be refunded.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging, if the same is not available, please use appropriate packaging in order to provide sufficient protection against damage during transport
The return of the product involves the customer to pay the shipping costs assuming that the return is not made due to an initial mistake of the company.

WARRANTY AND COMPLIANCE

All GaD ArK Studio Group Ltd. products are guaranteed 24 months from the date of delivery. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or normal wear and tear of materials.
