The Seller guarantees product conformity and safety pursuant to Article 25 of EU Regulation 2019/1020.

Unauthorized resale and/or distribution of products purchased on www.cosebelleantichemoderne.com is prohibited.

ORDERS

Orders may be placed electronically after free registration on the website.
The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data entered and the delivery address.
Any errors must be promptly communicated via email.

PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION

Some products may be customized at the time of order through the dedicated field.
The service is free unless otherwise specified.

Customers are encouraged to provide a phone number for confirmation or clarification purposes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customization will be carried out exactly as indicated by the Customer.

Customized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

PRICES

All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT for European Union countries.

  • Free shipping in Italy for orders equal to or above €100

  • Free shipping in Europe and non-EU countries for orders equal to or above €100

For non-EU shipments, local duties or taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the Customer.

Payments can be made through:

  • Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal service)

  • PayPal

  • PayPal “Pay in 3 installments” (from €30 to €2000, interest-free)

The Customer must indicate the order number and date in the payment reference.

All payments are processed through secure SSL encrypted systems.
Credit card data are not stored by the Seller.

INVOICING

Electronic invoices must be requested exclusively at the time of purchase by completing the dedicated form in the personal area.
Requests submitted after the order date will not be accepted.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders received by 12:00 PM are processed on the same working day, subject to product availability.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be shipped upon receipt of funds (approximately 3 working days).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 24–48 working hours

  • Islands or remote areas: up to 3 working days

  • International shipments: over 3 working days

Couriers used include DHL, UPS and BRT.
Delays may occur during holiday periods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the products purchased on www.cosebelleantichemoderne.com.

Conditions:

  • products must be intact and unused

  • original labels must be present

  • adequate packaging must be used

Customized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to an error by the Seller.

LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Customers must report any defects and provide photographic evidence.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, in particular by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code).

For disputes involving consumer customers, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile if located in Italy.

For non-consumer customers, jurisdiction shall be exclusively the Court of Florence, Italy.
